What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer contacts us, we make an appointment with them to check out their project, take pictures and then we will send them a free estimate, based on the conversation we had with the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have the certificates. OSHA (Construction, safety and health). We have also attended multiple seminars provided by our providers: Sherwin Williams, Menards and Home depot.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started working as a subcontractor for a company that offers painting services.

We have worked with commercial and residential customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We won a bid to start a painting project with the Menards store in Waukesha. The client was very satisfied with our job because they liked how organized we were, we took the precautions required to do the job and preserve the safety of our employees, and the clients, without interrupting the daily activities of the store, and we also finished the job in the estimated time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice is to gather good information regarding the professional they want to hire. Have some references about the company or person, and do not make any decisions because of price right away without having any knowledge about who they want to hire.
